What we collect

When you send the check or the contact form we receive your name, email, phone number and whatever you write. The site also records ordinary visit details such as pages viewed and the kind of device used.

How we use it

We use your answers to decide whether the clinic can help, to contact you and to keep records of our work. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Clinic staff, volunteers who work on intake and the service providers that host the site and send its email. Before a lawyer agrees to represent you, please keep what you share short.

How long we keep it

Answers from people we don't represent are deleted after a limited time. Records of clients we represent are kept as long as the law and the clinic's funders require.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to help@grandriverclinic.org or call (517) 555-0143.
